Magnetic Grids and Drawers

These are equipment for separating ferrous materials. Made of stainless steel in various dimensions, used in various industrial sectors such as: plastics industry, agricultural products, etc. Its use aims to avoid contamination of raw materials with ferrous materials, be they dust, nails, screws, chips, scraps and/or any other type of piece of iron.

Magnetic Tweezers

They are essential equipment for handling ferromagnetic parts in stampings, presses and cutting and drawing machines, where the safety of the operators' hands are exposed to risks. The tongs are considered PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), with them it is possible to remove parts from the machines without the operator coming into contact with the part, this makes the operation of the machines safer.

Magnetic Filters

Magnetic filters are developed for ferrous decontamination of raw materials. It can occur both during harvesting and in the crushing process or wear of machines and equipment that end up mixing such as: screws, nails and/or any other ferrous contamination. With the magnetic filter it is possible to prevent larger ferrous materials from entering machines and causing damage to equipment.

Desmagnetizers

Demagnetizers were developed for some product manufacturing processes in which there is friction or contact with magnetic plates such as: grinders, milling machines, etc. This attraction ends up disrupting the handling or manufacturing process, which is why demagnetizers were developed to eliminate the magnetic field of ferrous materials, tools, etc.

Scouts

Developed to unpack storage silos. When grains or bran are stored, they can end up compacting inside the silos, the beaters are fixed on the outside and can easily decompress the food that is inside the silo, for example. It is an indispensable tool in agriculture and/or any other environment where there is storage. The beater is practical and can be welded or temporarily fixed in the place where you want to unpack.

We carry out preventive and/or corrective electrical maintenance on machines, equipment and industrial installations. We analyze the need for component changes or adjustments and carry out functional tests. Assemblies of voltage panels and control panels.
